Great value for money. Perfectly located near all the main attractions, within walking distance to museums and train stations. The hotel rooms were spacious and well kept. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The hot water shower was a real bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, and the coffee was great.
The hotel is quite basic and needs some renovation. The decor is a bit old-fashioned and worn out.

Located in the heart of the business district in a peaceful environment. A good Chinese restaurant on the top floor with stunning views. the staff is professional and welcoming.

The Ambassador in downtown Mumbai offers great value for money. For just $110 a night, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. The staff deserves special mention - smart, friendly, and a joy to talk to. The location is also a big plus, situated in the main area of Shivaji Nagar, with easy access to the city's attractions. Free wifi and a delicious breakfast were the icing on the cake.
No aspect stood out as needing improvement; everything was satisfactory.
